Is there a more comforting breakfast than Biscuits and Gravy? I don’t think so. I never really ate Sausage Gravy growing up, and quite frankly I have never really been a gravy fan until I got married to a “Southern boy.” Ok, he isn’t southern-southern, but he grew up in Southern Ohio and played football in Mississippi, so he is a Hillbilly at heart. He goes bonkers for this meal.. I think the last two times I made this he ate half of the biscuits and gravy in one portion. I was like, dude, really? If you’re looking for a low carb pizza replacement…this is my go-to recipe! Put some chicken, bacon, and ranch on it and you’ve got a masterpiece! Great for people on the keto diet.          Yield :  3   servings Materials 1 ½   cups   plus ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese   divided 2   ounces   cream cheese 1   egg ¾   cup   almond flour 6   strips bacon ¼   cup   ranch dressing 1   cup   shredded chicken breast Instructions .
